Programs will include health and wellbeing classes, fitness and movement opportunities such as group sessions and access to online Peloton programming, cultural and educational workshops, youth and elder activities, and technology-based learning opportunities that promote digital inclusion. Through in-person and virtual offerings, the Center will support physical, mental, and social wellbeing while creating space for community members to gather, share knowledge, and build meaningful connections.

Building the Pad
Project Overview: The building pad and the building will be used by the villagers as an Internet Café, with connectivity to the newly placed GCI fiber line coming to Ouzinkie, Alaska. The building is envisioned as having a classroom space and a large open area. This building will serve individual internet use needs and also serve as a community gathering place for health, wellness, cultural and social events made possible by connection to the internet. The building is envisioned as a single-story structure with a total floor area of 3,000+ square feet.
